Three steps
Step 01 Send them our way Share your unique referral link or have the creator mention your name when they apply. That is all it takes to register the referral.
Step 02 We handle the rest If the creator is accepted, we onboard them exactly the same way we would any other client. Full team, full service, no shortcuts.
Step 03 You earn, they earn You receive 5 to 10% of our management fee every single month the creator stays with us. No cap, no expiry. Lifetime commission.

Anyone. You do not need to be a TalentGrow client. If you know creators who could benefit from management, you can refer them.
How is the commission rate decided?
The rate (5 to 10%) depends on the volume and quality of referrals. We agree the rate with you upfront before you start referring.
Is there a limit on how many creators I can refer?
No limit. Refer as many as you like. Each accepted creator adds another lifetime commission stream.
When do I get paid?
Monthly. Your commission is calculated and paid on the same cycle as our client invoicing.
What if the creator leaves?
Commission stops when the creator leaves. If they return later, your commission resumes. No clawbacks on anything already paid.
