1. Our commitment

TalentGrow takes copyright infringement seriously. We actively monitor for and remove unauthorised use of our clients' content across the internet. We also respect the intellectual property rights of others and will respond promptly to any valid takedown requests.

2. Reporting infringement

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to info@talentgrow.co.uk with the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • The URL or location of the infringing content on our site
  • Your contact information (name, email, phone number)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

3. Our process

On receiving a valid takedown notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
  • Investigate the claim promptly
  • Remove or disable access to the infringing content if the claim is valid
  • Notify the content uploader where applicable

4. Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to info@talentgrow.co.uk including:

  • Identification of the content that was removed and its original location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, and phone number
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
  • Your physical or electronic signature

5. DMCA services for clients

As part of our management services, we provide active DMCA monitoring and takedown enforcement for our clients. This includes:

  • Continuous monitoring for leaked or pirated content
  • Rapid takedown requests issued to hosting providers and platforms
  • Takedowns measured in hours, not weeks
  • Regular reporting on takedown activity

This service is included for all managed creators at no additional cost.
