Page 02 / How we workEvery creator we take on gets a full team: a strategist, trained chatters covering the DMs around the clock, content scheduling, cross-platform marketing, and DMCA protection. You focus on creating; we run the machine behind the page.
The commercial model has no tricks in it. Your earnings land in your account, in your name, from day one. At the end of the month we invoice you for the agreed share. Contracts are month to month with no exit fees and no notice periods. If we stop being worth it, you stop paying us. That is the whole deal.
Our speciality is conversation revenue. The pages we run make most of their money in the DMs, not from subscriptions, and our results page shows exactly what that looks like: including a month where a page earned $27,213 with $23.97 of it from subscriptions.

Maya runs creator marketing at TalentGrow: Reddit, Instagram, TikTok and X strategy, plus the testing that decides where each page’s traffic actually comes from. She writes most of the guides on this site.
Elle leads the 24/7 chat team: hiring, training, tone-of-voice matching, and the PPV and tip playbooks behind the receipts on our results page. If revenue came from a conversation, her team had a hand in it.
